I wouldn't know and proudly drive a minivan myself. Well, off to the main drag to cruise for chicks.

TL;DR version: no.

Around here those (fixies and liquor cycles) don't actually overlap.
My casual ethnography indicates that people who intend to get "schwasted" [0] ride cruiser bikes or knock-ff brand 50cc scooters.
The kids who just want to look cool are on a mix of (different) specific bikes/scooters/mopeds, and some who ride these same vehicles do so out of a Punk and/or Minimalist ethic rather than for aesthetic reasons. Two well-known brands (in either case) are Puch (mopeds) and Chris King components (fixies). Bianchi still holds great hipster appeal, too. The Raleigh Pistadex [1] seems to be at a healthy 510 using his math. [2]

So there you have it. Fixies are not liquor cycles--at least not in the RDU area.

Cheers,
