[TriLUG] Sysadmin needed for one-off FTP permissions consult

We have a local client who has a specific need for a new FTP site. Anyone who is able and willing to offer their services to create the items below, for a fee, please email me off-list at joel.pippin at securena.com. The list below is the entirety of the request. 

Client request (referred to as exampleco below):
We need to do several things.

1. exampleco admin with full control over our ftp file structure.

2. exampleco user with upload/download/delete permissions on all files (not folders).

3. Two types of customer users exist:

Type A: 
- User has only upload permission to any folder in the Folder1 folder
- Customer can view folders in the Folder1 folder but not view files
- Multiple customers use the same account to submit designs into the Folder1 folder.

Type B: 
- User has upload/download/view permission only to their folder. 
- A separate account is required for each customer.

4. Current active folders:
a. Folder1 (Type A)
b. Folder2 (Type B)
c. Folder3 (Type B)
d. Folder4 (Type B)
e. Folder5 (Type B)
f.  Ftpuser (exampleco use only)
