I do this on my domain. I have "home.mydomain.com" forwarded to a dyndns
address.
Set up a CNAME record that forwards www.example.com to example.dyndns.org.
You might also set one up that forwards from "@" to example.dyndns.org.
"@" means "my domain without the www prefix".
