[TriLUG] Utility to help with SOX

As deeply amusing as I find it to be addressed as a Gentle Being on a
LUG mailing list by someone named win7user at aol.com, you are going to
have to be a little more specific if you want some help or suggestions.

A framework to do what? Checking and logging? Checking and logging what?
Or to change config files? Which ones and for what purpose, and what
precisely are your restrictions? And how could you expect to accomplish
this while not installing any software?
