[TriLUG] DO-DO Time warner

Speaking of Time-Warner...

I noticed the other day that I'm paying $57.95/mo for Time-Warner basic
Roadrunner Internet, far higher than the advertised price. I called 'em up,
got the "Retention" department, and threatened to switch to U-Verse. They
lowered it to $29.95/mo for the next 12 months, with
no contractual commitment. (12 months from now I'll need to repeat the
exercise.)
