[TriLUG] TWC - Packet Loss problems in Cary/Apex, NC

Anyone in the Cary/Apex NC area experiencing packet loss with their TWC connection?  Something happened about a week ago, and now I am getting about 5% packet loss to the internet.  I have already power cycled my modem but still no help.  The TWC Chat person seems clueless...
