[TriLUG] TWC - Packet Loss problems in Cary/Apex, NC

Actually that was a Linux VM which still seems strange, but could
account for the funky times.  I'm home now and did a quick test on an
old Macbook and don't see any issues:

--- wral.com ping statistics ---
10 packets transmitted, 10 packets received, 0.0% packet loss
round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 12.440/21.314/46.743/10.411 ms
