[TriLUG] TWC having issues?

I just did a ping -f on that ip, and in 30 second I got:

3566 packets transmitted, 3564 received, 0% packet loss, time 36790ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 10.000/22.579/250.005/30.843 ms, pipe 23, ipg/ewma 10.319/13.757 ms

Maybe they fixed it already.

I am also seeing packet loss from ae19.chrlncpop-rtr1.southeast.rr.com.
I started noticing this last Thursday evening. I've seen it be as high
as 80% packet loss, and as low as 4%, depending perhaps on when I
performed the test, or perhaps on what the destination is. That router
definitely does not seem to be OK.
