[TriLUG] where to report scam phone call

Have you tried Google'ing for the phone number and name to see if others
have reported him on a similar 'scam'?

I am amazed at how often we get called for some crap and the same number is
visible out on the web with countless other complaints - not even changing
the name and phone number for years at a time.

Perhaps a hit will offer clues about what others have done and next steps
for you. If no hits, i would next start with the BBB. If that fails... not
sure where to go next.
