Do either of you have a link to said resolution 6?  I am not readily
finding it as an active bill on the senate website.

Google has produced this: http://e-lobbyist.com/gaits/text/192687 which is
a short "disapproval" notice dated Feb 2011, but I am not seeing anything
current.
