[TriLUG] OT: Suggestions for reliable, affordable web hosting

What do people thing of nearlyfreespeech.net? I use them as a registrar 
for a couple of domains and have generally been happy. I've heard good 
things about their webhosting too, but since I don't use that, I don't 
really know. Their pricing is all pay-per-unit with small quanta, which is 
interestingly different than many providers. They seem to have a nice 
selection of CGI languages.
