[TriLUG] OT: Suggestions for reliable, affordable web hosting

I have used powweb and bluehost over the last 6 or so years, both with
which I have been very satisfied.
powweb has/had a homegrown back end. blue host has cpanel. I payed no more
than $100 a year for either of them.
