[TriLUG] Two Last Logins

I have some how managed to configure two last login lines to be displayed
upon sshing into a box and I'm trying to figure out how it happened (pam
config and ssh config?):

Last login: Thu Mar  1 10:38:37 EST 2012 from xxxxx on pts/0
Last login: Thu Mar  1 10:39:37 2012 from xxxxx

I'm not sure when this changed happen as I didn't notice it until this
morning or else I'd double back and undo something.
