You might want to give relaying through their residential server a try. It might accept your traffic as being part of their network.

I don't actually have TWC e-mail, so I don't have any credentials for
their server. It's not included in basic packages anymore; it's sold as
a separate service that I neither want nor need... I'd rather pay for a
solid external relay than a package from TWC that includes services I
don't want. Plus I don't want to give TWC any more money than I have
to! (-:
