[TriLUG] Live Meeting tools

A friend has been asking me about free ( as in beer, primarily ) tools that perform the same functions as things like GoToMeeting.  I have a feeling that I have read something about such things here, but can't seem to dig them up at the moment.

What he is talking about is such things as video chat, shared screens, file sharing and such "virtual meeting" tools.


Any suggestions?
