I think Jeremy last night was talking about Opensource in Education circles.
I saw this and figured I'd forward it here.  It's from our presenter

In addition, I know that the University system of NC has been looking
at open source alternatives to Blackboard.  Some of them have already
moved to Moodle or Sakai.
