I would have to advise against shining a cutting laser at a rotating
mirror... but then, I'm sure you are taking adequate precautions!

Let us know how it turns out!

Subject: [TriLUG] Laser printer/copier parts?

I'm looking for a (or more than one; they're delicate
and I'm clumsy) rotating polygonal mirror assembly from
the guts of a laser printer or copier.

Anyone have a dead laser printer that hasn't been brought
in for recycling yet?

Thanks!

(In case you're wondering, its intended use is in my
laser cutting machine home project.)
