While the problem would appear to be a client side issue, the page has a
couple of server side suggestions that you might want to try.
1) See if you have your DHCP server listening on multiple ports or
multiple interfaces (i.e. double check the binding)
2) Use wireshark or another sniffer to see if you are getting multiple
DHCPACK, perhaps from multiple places. Granted, you shouldn't be, but
it is something to rule out.
