[TriLUG] copying files

Jeremy Portzer and Jason Tower gave a presentation to Trilug back on
May 13th, 2004 about backup strategies and techniques (including using
rsync with command line examples).
Their presentation is no longer on the Trilug server, but is preserved
in the waybackmachine.
