not exactly. I have no control over the client box, which 
can be placed anywhere, eg in principle it could be in the 
middle of a field with a wifi or cell phone connection. The 
box is required to run forever and hopefully never need 
attention from a physical person. If it does need attention, 
I'm expected to handle it remotely.

Someone could take the box home and open it up.
