Hi Bill,
 	I've deleted your original message. Was dhclient 
running (ie in the ps table) when you found them not getting 
an address? Was the network deranged (dhclient not able to 
broadcast)? Entries in the logs (client or server)? Did 
everything start up magically when you restarted the clients 
(or the server)?
