[TriLUG] Introducing Raleigh's first open-source radio station!

While we welcome (and encourage!) CC-licensed music, we intend to play a 
wide variety of music and most of that will be commercially-licensed 
(with a focus on local music in particular).

All appropriate royalties will be paid (your donations will assist with 
this, too!).
