The reason I ask is I'd really like to check on the IPv6 rollout status in
the area.  I'd like to have a dedicated IPv6 segment so I can drop 6to4.
 The reason is I'd like to set up two segments on my home network, one with
dual-stack IPv6 and IPv4 and one IPv6 only without 6to4 (or a tunnel),
switchable as I desire for testing.

I realize that's a lot to ask, and while I can't say I have a direct need,
I want to do in-depth testing.
