[TriLUG] sideload Republic Wireless?

There's a little more to it that a typical app. I think they do some lower
level integration to make the voip work decently plus to route calls on
wifi when available. Didn't see anything on their website about how to do
it and did see something in the past about the carriers will not let them.
(large carriers dictate what model phones etc can be sold to smaller
concerns from what my friend who was "in the biz" told me.)
