  * Providing support to customers via ticketing and/or phone for Linux servers.

*_Experience_**:*

  * Bachelor’s degree in MIS, computer science, related field or related experience.
  * 3+ years of experience administering Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.
  * 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  * Strong problem solving skills with excellent time management skills.
  * Strong knowledge of networking and routing: Apache web server, HTTP and HTTPs.
  * Experience with shell scripting and scripting language used for system
    administration (Perl, Python, and Ruby).
