The sad side of this is all the people that are either refusing to give
their passwords or have simply forgotten them, but are being tried in a
criminal case. The most common resolution seems to be that the judge holds
the defendant in contempt, and the defendant is jailed indefinitely. I
suppose that is better than being beaten with a $5 wrench, but is less than
ideal if you really did forget your passphrase.
