I've recently started using Astrid for Android (also works from IOS and browser) to
help track all of my important non-work tasks (in conjunction with Google Calendar).
It was recommended by a friend and my experience so far has been pretty good. I'm
still getting used to it, though. Mobile was an absolute requirement for me - as I
get/complete most of my tasks when I am not in front of a computer. Tasks and alarms
are stored locally so it is quite usable even when I'm away from the Internet for
extended periods. It does nag me quite a lot to get things done by their due dates.
At first I found that annoying...but it is probably a good thing - I've been getting
more of those things done on time since I started using it.
