We are very happy to announce that the theme for OLF 2013 is FOSS Links 
the World, suggested by Kevin Otte in our competition. Kevin will get a 
free T-shirt as the winner of the contest. Congratulations Kevin! And we 
look forward to seeing lots of talks about how FOSS Links the World.
