[TriLUG] Best printer?

I had/have an older bw Brother laser.  Working with Linux was never a problem, but you had to find the small print link to the drivers, as if they didn't want you to.

It did spike the power on wake up and would dim the lights in the room.

My HL-2070DW, as great as it is (mDNS, IPv6, etc.), does the same power
spike at both houses I have had it. Maybe plugging it into a surge
protector or a UPS would work. Have not tried that yet.
