[TriLUG] At&t's Uverse comments needed.

AT&T was unable to get their Uverse device to operate in bridge mode necessary to interface with customer premises equipment firewall and bring in block of static IP addresses for business connection. Latency was 40-50ms and higher than Time Warner (may be issue for real time processes like VoIP).

If you just need to get to the Internet and do not need to run multiple IP addresses, Uverse should work fine as long as you do not need to make changes. AT&T customer service is less than desirable.
