[TriLUG] Reminder – BarCampRDU Planning Meeting -18 April 730pm

This BarCampRDU planning meeting will be a live broadcast Google Hangout,
which should allow more than 9 to participate. The link to this Hangout
will be posted 15 minutes prior to the meeting start time at the following
address http://trilug.org/barcamp/

Propose potential sponsors (currently this topic is very urgent)
Propose topics
Volunteer Opportunities
Promoting BarCampRDU

Meeting should last about 30 minutes to respect everyone’s busy schedules.
After the meeting we may continue general conversation for anyone
interested in chatting a bit. A BarCampRDU meeting will be scheduled weekly
until the event.

We will see how it goes and if other ways to meet are preferred, feel free
to suggest.
