[TriLUG] Cable - nerd stuff needed

I've done 300ft reliably to a Linksys buried in the middle of a brick
house. 400 feet seems doable with a couple of off-the-shelf routers. But it
wouldn't take much to test it, and the 'house next door' wouldn't need to
be wired for cable beforehand.
