[TriLUG] Backup Win7 to Linux

I am doing some work for a client (primarily related to their OS/2 machines) with a very mixed
network: WinXP, Win7, Win2003 Server, OS/2.  The problem is with the Win7 machines that just don't play
well on the network - especially when it comes to backing up important Win7 files.

I'm wondering about doing something with a Linux box that will enable me to get files from the Win7
machines and then eventually upload them to a cloud server.

Any comments?
