[TriLUG] Linux Laptop, free to good home.

Hi all,

I have an old laptop that is no longer useful to me.  Currently it's
running ubuntu 11, which runs the wifi, audio and video well.

It is a Fujitsu model S7020D.  The issues with the laptop are

a) it's a bit old
b) the fan spins up frequently and is quite noisy (this is a problem with
this model in general)
c) the battery life is a bit pitiful.

So, why would you want this?  Well, it's a pretty decent laptop outside of
the deficiencies above.  It has a brand new keyboard and a really nice
docking station.  So if you're in the mood to open it up, fiddle around a
bit and fix up the fan problem it would be a very nice system.

I currently have this on craigslist for sale - _but I am willing to give it
away to anyone who needs a laptop, but cannot afford one_  or can otherwise
find a good home for it.
