[TriLUG] Ham Operators

There are actually quite a few in TriLUG.

I am Rodney "AK4CH" Radford (Extra).   I had previously held a Technician,
but let it expire, so I went in about a year ago and took the Tech, General
and Advanced tests the same day - fun, but a quick way to go from zero ->
Advanced.

I am primarily interested in telemetry/video at the moment, having
flown/tracked an ATV capable nearspace balloon with video up to 70k' and 17
miles away - hoping to break that record on a flight next year.
