[TriLUG] Pilot's IPv6 tunnel

I am not sure what the "proper" solution is... but I noticed we did not
have a default route on IPv6.  So I added one:
# ip -6 route add default dev he-ipv6

It appears to be working now.  I can hit the main web site via IPv6,
and I can "ping6 ipv6.alanporter.com" OK.

At home, I found that my Hurricane Electric tunnel would occasionally
go down, so I wrote a cron job that "checked and then kicked" the
connection.  Then again, my AT&T DSL connection sometimes runs into
a spell of constipation, too.  So I have a similar script to check-and-kick
that, too.
