+1 for OpenDNS

We use them at my job and I use them at my house. They also have a great  Dynamic DNS that allows you to  manage multiple DDNS services with one client from your server. All around great service. Never had a problem with them.

RR definitely redirects NXDOMAIN (to Armstrong search service), and 
their opt-out mechanism doesn't work.  Last time I complained to a rep 
about it, his response was "use someone else's DNS server."  So I did.
