[TriLUG] Debian 7 64-bit GMail Video

Don't have a 64 bit install with a webcam handy.  Unless you count the
crouton install.

However, I have found many such plugin issues are resolved by using the
full google-chrome-stable repos instead of iceweasel or chromium.
