Recruiters present a special case for us, since they really don't
want to join the list and hear our discussions about emacs vs vim.

I usually advise them to just send their jobs to steering at trilug.org,
and one of the SC or volunteers will clean the posting up, convert
from Word to ASCII, remove attachments (and filter out the non-Linux
or out-of-town ones).  I think that has worked better than having
them join the list to post.
