I just plugged my MBP directly into the cable modem to provide 'clean'
traceroutes to TWC support for an issue I'm having and I pulled a v6
address also.
Of course that doesn't do me any good when my ping times to my VPN endpoint
10 hops away are in the tens of thousands of milliseconds.
