[TriLUG] Email to confirm removal from list

I got a similar removal request from 72.15.246.46 back in February.  Bill 
fairl looked into the logs and determined that some headhunter had tried 
to unsubscribe themselves from the list that day.  For what it's worth, 
the unsubscribe IP address looks up as follows:
