Please excuse the off topic post.

Has anyone bought stuff from www.nooelec.com?

I placed an order from www.nooelec.com for an SDR gadget called HackRF for
$340 in June. They never shipped the product and when I started calling and
emailing them for a refund got no response and finally  I filed a complaint
with BBB and forwarded this to the company's support email, for which I get
a response from their legal department that I have been banned from their
support system. BBB responded that there was no response from the company.

Wonder if my money has gone down the drain! :(

Any suggestions on salvaging this?
