[TriLUG] Far, far OT: Thin-wall bushings

To all the folks who were paying attention to this thread, here's an update:

The brass sheet approach worked well enough.  What was a wobbly, 
torque-absorbing connection is now solid and transferring force like it 
should be!

Thanks to everyone who made suggestions of suppliers and such!  Now I 
just have to fix up a few more mechanical issues and write a bunch of 
code...
