[TriLUG] Ekiga "Skype" Replacement

For better or worse I've found google hangouts work the best for video
conferencing.  Appear.in is a decent second choice if the other party can't
get hangout to work for some reason.  Hangouts does work better in
chrome/chromium but I stubbornly only use it with Firefox and it works fine.
