[TriLUG] Mailman upgrade

Hi all,

I am about to upgrade the mailman installation on pilot to 2.1.16 to 
2.1.14. This change will allow us to set some options so yahoo mail users 
can participate in the list. I don't anticipate any problems, but if you 
do observe problems with the lists, please contact me directly.
