[TriLUG] How does one install LXDE or Xfce on CentOS?

AFAIK, based on what I've seen of the default OEL installation, RHEL 
probably comes stock with all sorts of user environment packages, 
including X.  it also appears to run xen services by default; not entirely 
sure why that is.
