Maybe I haven't looked hard enough, but what I recall from previous years is, if you need Schedule C, have stock dividends, or receive Social Security....thus your return is not a basic one...the on-line solutions don't offer that.

 Don't all these tax prep solutions have a fully featured web version? That's what I've been doing for the past five years (tried H&R Block and TurboTax).
