[TriLUG] Article on Radio Shack's Demise

It would probably need to be a different format. A place with meeting space
perhaps, with white boards and projectors where folks can meet brainstorm
and do presentations. Then sodas and snacks purchased by people hanging
around would help offset the overhead expenses.

If a business model was open sourced among the local communities, a lot the
risk could be reduced and demand could be measured ahead of time.
