[TriLUG] Move over Google: Wilson, NC did it a long, long time ago

The only thing that will get AT&T or Time Warner to invest is competition.
Bring on Google Fiber or Greenlight in Wilson.  As for uncertainty being a
factor, the only uncertainty was that caused by the ISPs.  So do not blame
the government for that.
