[TriLUG] OT: Looking for IT support for small business in Garner, familiarity with pfSense and Asterisk (freePBX) needed

Hi Trilug,

I’ve been a member of the Upstate SC LUG for a long time, but am relocating across the country.

One of my jobs has been providing IT support to a small business with branches in Greenville, SC and Garner, NC - and am looking for somebody up there I can give as a reference to the Garner office to call for support when / if needed.

Generally, not a whole lot - it is wholesale distribution, so about 10 PC’s, VPN link to ERP server in cloud, VPN link the Greenville office (mainly for PBX connectivity), a Asterisk based PBX and Polycom handsets, and then pfSense for routing.

It’s not going to be a lot of work at all, but wanted to see if anyone on the TriLUG list had recommendations or did this type work themselves.
